*Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Notice for Spa Packages or multiple services must be received 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the value of scheduled services. Missed appointments are charged at full value. A credit card will reserve your appointment for a Spa Package or multiple services.
